The 6, 12, 18, or 24-Month Guided Mentorship is designed to proactively generate the evidence required to meet (or exceed) 3 USCIS criteria. This program begins with an intensive Strategic Gap Analysis where we map your current career to the 10 EB-1A criteria, identifying the most achievable criteria and defining a personalized, phased plan to execute them. We act as your long-term accountability partner and evidence generator. Every action taken during this 6-to-24-month period is done with the explicit goal of creating a strong petition with USCIS-ready evidence.
