Our TAC Story

How TAC Impact Global Came About

TAC Impact Global was born from a deeply personal journey, one that began with frustration, uncertainty, and an unwavering determination to create something better. When our founder, Fisayo Gracie Abby, embarked on her own EB-1A green card journey, she quickly discovered how isolating and overwhelming the process could be. There were endless questions, conflicting advice, and very little structure. Most of all, there was no clear roadmap or community of people walking the same path with shared accountability and guidance.

After spending months navigating the complexities of the petition process alone, researching, second-guessing, rewriting, and rebuilding, Fisayo realized something crucial: there had to be an easier, more empowering way for others like her to tell their stories of extraordinary ability and achieve the same goal. That realization sparked the birth of The Ace Cohort, a seven-week accountability and support program designed to help professionals confidently write and submit their EB-1A petitions with clarity, structure, and community.

What began as a small accountability group quickly grew into a thriving movement of dreamers, doers, and achievers each rewriting their immigrant story with boldness and belief. As the Ace Cohort expanded, so did the vision. Fisayo saw the potential to build something beyond just a program, a platform that would amplify impact across borders, empower global talent, and provide access to the tools and systems needed to thrive. Hence TAC Impact Global was formally incorporated, a people-first organization on a mission to help extraordinary individuals transform potential into tangible, life-changing outcomes and ultimately securing permanent residency in the United States.

Today, TAC Impact Global stands as a beacon for those pursuing extraordinary goals from immigration and professional advancement to personal growth and global leadership. Through structured programs, expert guidance, and a nurturing community, we continue to champion our core belief that with the right support, accountability, and structure, anyone can unlock their extraordinary potential.

Multiple MBA Scholarships >$590K | EB-1A Green Card Recipient | Early Careers Mentor | Youth Development Advocate

Upon securing fully funded scholarships over half a million dollars from top universities in the United States for her graduate school education, Fisayo started engaging in social impact work, creating opportunities to pay forward the learnings she gathered through her application journey to serve other prospective applicants moving her to delve into the digital content creation space.

She leads a community of more than 32,000 members across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube platforms. Her social channels have been instrumental to bridging the knowledge gap in the graduate education space as well as actualizing the dreams of more than 60 students who have gotten fully funded scholarships to study abroad through the information shared on her platform.

Based on her achievement in this social impact space, she has been invited to speak, moderate sessions and join in on important conversations at several institutions of international acclaim such as the World Bank Youth Summit, Forbes BLK inaugural summit, Forte Foundation Women’s Summit, SisterlyHQ Summit, DYGL Africa, GMAT Club, Shout Out Arizona, Covenant University Post Graduate Student Council (CUPG), and YouTube Creator Collective. She was also recognized and featured on a Times Square billboard for being a top creator sharing her knowledge with the world.

Her social impact work along with her professional and educational achievements over the years formed the bedrock for a stellar Extraordinary Ability (EB-1A) green card petition, enabling her to become a Permanent Resident of the United States after 3.5 years of migrating from Nigeria.
